Daily pain average#82

My miragines last days or weeks or even months, it’s really hard for me to track average pain levels if I forget to add the daily average into notes my pain level across the board can be a 10 when most days may have been closer to a 7. It makes it really hard to give my doctor accurate information which inturn makes it hard to get the right treatments.
