Daily tracking prevention meds#185

I’m taking a monthly injection. Adding that to daily tracker info would be helpful. How long does it take to kick in? What about increase in migraine when shot is dwindling? Knowing I took a preventative and didnt have a migraine would be useful.

I agree! I take a preventative morning and night. What if a miss a dose? Does it have an impact? What if my dose is increased?

I would definitely appreciate being able to track all types of medication in the daily tracker so I can track meds on non-attack days. It would be important to me that they show up on the migraine impact reports or anywhere else where meds are logged so that I have a good overview and don’t take too many pain meds for example.

I’d like a feature that automatically tracks your preventative medicarions. Having to go in and manually input is annoying. Plus, if you take a Preventative 3 times a day do you have to input it 3 times and what is the impact if you forget one dose? Maybe on the home page have access to add medications? Taking an injectabke once a month as well would like a reminder and a way to track the number of days it seems to work. Color code option for different medications taken would be good too.

HI, you can add all of your preventive medication in the Health tab of the Records section.. It will show on your doctor’s report.
Also in the Migraine Impact Report you can tap on any day to add a medication. I hope it helps

I would like the ability to have a reminder for upcoming treatments (Botox, Vyepti infusion) every three months, just like having a reminder for doctor’s appointments.

Hi Heidi, if you use an Android device, you can plan a medication reminder from the treatment manager section of the home screen.

Hi Jenny, Thanks for your response! The treatment manager setion doesn’t allow me to set one appointment every three months.

This is indeed an issue. We’ll need to either remove or change the tool we use for setting up medication reminder as the current one becomes obsolete with the new medication available. It is indeed something we will need to work on in the future.

Maybe one option would be to allow multiple appointments. Then a user could enter the appointment for the treatments as well as a doctor appointment. Thank you again!
