Change pain intensity within an attack#1280

It would be very helpful to be able to track changes in pain intensity during an attack without having to do it in the notes. My migraine pain often changes in intensity throughout an attack, but typing/knowing what intensity my pain is without the description of the tracker can be difficult and updating the tracker overrides any previous pain intensity. It would also be good to be able to track if pain intensity changes based on actions/medications.
