Please make MIDAS scoring in app more accurate#665

MIDAS is concerned with impairment that lasts at least half the day, but even attacks that only last a few hours contribute to my MIDAS score. Perhaps the app could take the durations of attacks into account when calculating MIDAS scores in the reports, or have a question in the migraine reporting interface about whether impairment lasted at least half the day (maybe in a similar format to the relief scale for treatments)? Many of my migraines are pretty short because my medication is helpful, and those shouldn’t count towards the MIDAS score. Right now the app puts me in the category of “Moderate Disability” based on the frequency of my migraines, but I would probably score no higher than “Mild Disability” if I took the MIDAS test on paper.

@Nova.star.93 many thanks for your suggestion. This is something that would be indeed really useful. I’ll keep an eye on it but we’d need to have more users upvoting this task to push it forward quickly as we are still a small team!
