Colorblind options#594

Hello all! I am red-green colorblind and am VERY interested in using the weather feature as my migraines seem to be triggered by changes in weather. Sadly, the only indicator is color, and the colors selected are o es that are very hard to distinguish for color blind folks. I would be delighted to volunteer to help user test with alt colors and other additional indicators. Love the app, and thanks for all the amazing work! ❤️❤️❤️
