Track phases of a migraine#416

I would like to be able to tell my doctor on average how long each phase lasts, prodrome, migraine, postdrome. I am realizing that I suffer from migraine hangover for sometimes 1-2 days. Typically, if I take migraine medicine, the main pain part of the migraine will only last a few hours, but the migraine hangover can last longer. If I track as one attack, and log the postdrome symptoms, I can’t tell if that was during or after the migraine and how long each lasted. Much thanks!

You can. Recording allows you to choose what type of attacks you’re going to record including illness. Pro/postdrome are options as well as migraine.
