Use total time asleep, NOT time in bed, for sleep tracking.#2267

Currently sleep is pulled form both Apple health and Oura ring data as Time in Bed, instead of actual total sleep tracked/time asleep. My time in bed doesn’t relate to my migraines. My sleep regularity (ie consistent sleep and wake times), total time asleep, and frequency and length of wake ups is what does. When pulling time in bed and pretending it’s time asleep you are effectively making any sleep related migraine analysis completely ineffective.

With Oura ring, I see in notes that total time asleep is being pulled and listed. So there is absolutely no reason to not use that metric.
