I find it really odd that there’s a whole newsletter about Silent Migraine today (7/2/26) but no way to functionally track it on the app. I would use the app more and actually find it helpful if I could track symptoms without calling it an attack, connecting to a headache or a pain level. Vertigo is intense but not painful for me. Same with tinnitus. The app is not very functional for someone without very typical migraine.

Hi Annie, you can create a “silent migraine” attack type and track only what is useful for you. You can select the recording screens you want to see while recording attack. Check the “adjust screen recording” from the main menu of the app.
That’s not an option on my settings. I just looked. Is that something only available for Apple users? I can “adjust attack record screens” but it still classified as an attack and that is different than what I made a post about. I still have to call it an attack and what is offered currently is not super helpful for my needs. I’m continuing to try to use it because I paid for a year, so we’ll see.

Hi Annie, it is from the “Attack type” screen. Check the “adjust recording screen” option in the main menu. Tick in the “attack type” screen. Record an attack or open your last attack summary and select the “attack type” section. Hit the + button at the bottom and add a “silent migraine” option.
