No access to Advanced Reports, despite MB Plus membership#2045

I paid for a lifetime subscription a few months ago after HR aging been a free user for the 6 months it so before that. Despite now being an MB Plus member, I still cannot access my Advanced Reports. I contacted the help email about and was initially told it was being fixed. But it’s been several weeks and the problem persists. The folks at Mifraine Buddy have not responded to my follow up emails since. would be really nice to get that fixed, as I need that information for my doctor (and access to this monthly reports was the main reason I upgraded to MB Plus).
