Track development in symptoms#2028

Wondering if it would be helpful to not only record where pain starts but how it develops - maybe noting lication at peak of headache?

Second to this. It would be nice to have a way to update a current record if there’s significant changes in symptoms/pain levels. I often have to track something as multiple attacks if it’s changing severity over time. Same migraine, but three different records.
