Suggestions: disability scale#2006
Hello,
Two suggestions
- On the interventions screen, you might consider being able to rate interventions as:
I dont know
Eliminated symptoms
Improved symptoms
No change to symptoms
Worsened symptoms
On the pain scale…you might consider a disability scale listing activities of daily living
In my case, my pain isn’t that bad, but my aura makes it impossible to function..
I lose my balance so I cant take my dogs on walks, go food shopping, or run errands.
My vision blurs or I see double so I cant drive, or read or work as a nurse (how could I draw blood or chart).
I cant concentrate and do several tasks at a time like I need to when making a meal, so, cooking for my family takes 2x as long.
