Font style and size (OpenDyslexic)#169

Not a greatly bothersome issue but the sizing and font would be of great help if they could be changed. To have an option such as picking the size and perhaps change to OpenDyslexic (if it is possible to get it) would help I think a lot of people when it’s hard to get through the pain to log everything.

Let me see if I can merge it with another request with more votes to make it weight more.
(I know that dealing with many fonts sizes is complex when it comes to ensuring it work well on all the devices etc… so having many votes is needed as this may be heavy to maintain (implementation may or may not be heavy, I do not know if it requires to adjust in all hundreds of screens).

I swapped back to the old style of migraine main screen because the new tiled one is tiny, confusing, and has a nauseating form of movement during navigation. It’s migraine unfriendly
