Add Pain location option for the top of the head#1395

It would be great if there was an option for top of the head pain. My migraines tend to be from the middle top and spread outwards.

I agree, we need more options there. For now I just describe it in the Notes section of the migraine record.

I’ve been recording my pain locations inaccurately for years because the top of the head is missing from the location selection, and I don’t understand why. Please add the top of the head. I have to choose the forehead instead which is just not accurate. Are there really people out there who only get migraines in their forehead and the back of the head, and never on top?
