add the ability to specify if it’s a day off, a vacation day or a work day instead of weekday/weekend.

Thank you for your suggestion. Have you tried to mention this in the Notes section of the migraine record? This will appear on your listing report for your doctor. You can also create a ‘day off’ trigger and/or relief and use it when accurate?
