I feel that food and water trackers would be helpful in looking for triggers

Thank you for your suggestion. You can use the daily tracker to track your suspected food triggers and hydration level. Or you can add them to the triggers list. If you are an MBPlus subscriber, you have access to the Food and Lifestyle guide, It explains how to identify your food and lifestyle triggers.
